The Magic of Pampers!

This is sooooo funnyyy!!! Watching the Willie of Fortune in Wowowee where the players are housemaids married to drivers. I admire these ladies who are working decently for their living.

On the question and answer portion they were ask what is "diaper in Tagalog" that even myself had a moment to think about it. The other player press her button quickly and said PAMPERS! Hahhahahha! That's actually a brand but the answer is "lampin".

Socialize, Win and Meet your Victory Hair

First let me tell you a funny story, a friend of mine bought a Vo5 instant hot oil for her hair and she did not follow the instructions on it. Those are the little tiny tubes that all you have to do is put a hot water in a glass and set the tubes in and after instructed minutes you have to apply the oil in your hair then rinse. What she did was she boiled water and put the tube and apply to her head and scalp right away. Uhhmmm!!! Hot she rushed in the room screaming it was hot! I was laughing out hard, if she did follow the instruction she wont burn herself. Anyhow, she still got the Extreme Style by VO5 all she wants. I keep reminding her to follow the instructions.

This morning I played an online game called Ultimate Flirting Championship, it's cool! You can socialize with others either you being a judge or a player.I played as a judge, I customized my avatar and started the game. I asked them questions picked from the choices I have and then picked the best answer. The other player is lousy in her answers while the other answers really great and with humor. We are chitchatting in while playing.

In the end I picked the winner, as expected I picked the guy and he was my Victory Hair partner. Hahhaa!! I would imagine what if I picked the girl oh boy I do not want her to be a partner. Anyway, try it and you will enjoy playing the game and you might be the grand champion in ultimate flirting.

POOHKWANG in ASAP

Being far away from my homeland Filipino shows keep me closer to home. I and hubby like Pokwang performance in Wowoowee. I'm telling him that she is the second Ai Aid Delas Alas who is also a comedienne in the Philippines. Watching TFC makes me feel like am still home and you know what this will help you won't get homesick.

This was their ASAP presentation for their upcoming comedy concert which I think already finished at this time. Thank you Pokwang for making our day when we watch you and to Pooh as well.

Ex Convict Daughter

The "Willie of Fortune" contestants yesterday are those who graduated high school validectorian and salutatorian. Looking at the contestant you can distinguish whom you want to win the grand prize and when we watch it we pick our choice. I want to win this girl whom looks so happy and natural despite of all the trials in life but unfortunately she was eliminated.

She never did ashame about her father as an "ex convict" because for her she believes that her father did not do it besides the father let them know that they have nothing to ashamed about as he is not guilty. Well anyway, I can't help my tears listening to her because it doesn't show on her face the trials that she is into at her very young age. She is 16 and has a guardian with golden heart who takes care of her. This little girl has to walk from their house (which according to her is mountain area in Rizal) going to school when she has no money (which most of us filipinas who are not from wealthy family can relate to this).

She is now going to college this coming school year and will take up B.S. Psychology in the P.U.P as we call the "iskolar ng bayan" university in Manila. When asked by Willie how is she gonna finish her course since she has no money to support the expenses she said, "I know God will always provide a way for me to finish the course and I believe I will graduate in college".

Lesson: Poverty is not a hindrance in aiming your dreams, when you want it and work for it you will definitely get is as long as you stay positive.
